The copyright owner has licensed the download songs in digital format subject to the following conditions:

• The karaoke songs sold on this site are licensed for purchase and download to one machine only. If you use them on 2 machines you need to purchase 2 copies.
• Proof of purchase must be kept with each machine for inspection by the licensing authorities as required. The documentation must include the song details and payment information.
• The songs cannot be modified, re-sold or reproduced.
• It is illegal to use these songs if you have not paid for them. The law imposes severe penalties for anyone breaking copyright laws.
